Building Regulations

 

For Commercial and Domestic properties, a Building regulations application would include Construction drawings with details and specification, Structural Engineering calculations, and Energy Performance assessment if required.

 

We have a Partnership scheme with London Borough of Ealing Building Control, which allows Ealing to deal with applications in other boroughs, thus easing the regulatory process. Line Design is also a member of Ealing council's Building Control User Group.

 

Other services include Party Wall agreements, Building over /near to Public sewers, Landlords agreement and liason with other specialists.
